1

Cut 2 lbs of top sirloin beef into very thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.

2

In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 10 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of minced ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 6 tablespoons of Coca-Cola, and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil.

3

Mix well and let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4

Prepare the vegetables: julienne baby carrots and cut the ends off the beans, then cut them in half lengthwise and crosswise.

5

Pour boiling water over the prepared vegetables to soften them slightly, then drain.

6

Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan.

7

Add a sliced medium onion to the pan and sauté until softened.

8

Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until some of the liquid evaporates, adjusting the moisture to preference.
