Dice the garlic and onion.
Cut the onion by trimming the end, halving it, placing it flat on the board, and slicing towards the root to create dices.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Add the ground turkey to the pan and break it apart with a spatula or meat separator.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the turkey as it cooks to infuse flavors.
Cook until the turkey is browned and the onions are translucent.
Add chopped broccoli and green pepper to the pan and cook until they soften.
Pour in teriyaki sauce based on the amount of turkey and vegetables, ensuring it’s nice and saucy.
Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes to combine flavors.
Prepare the rice by cooking it with a little salt, pepper, butter, and dry parsley for flavor.
To serve, layer cooked rice in a bowl, add a layer of raw napa cabbage, then top with the turkey teriyaki mixture.
Garnish with fresh green onion or parsley, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
