Pork Chops in Brandy Sauce

Heat skillet over medium-high heat for at least 1 minute.

Season pork chops with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Add butter to the pan and place pork chops in the skillet.

Cook pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Once cooked, place pork chops on a clean plate and set aside to rest.

Add onions to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, being careful not to let them burn.

Remove the pan from heat and add brandy, allowing it to reduce for about 1 minute.

Add heavy cream and Private Selection Dijon mustard to the pan, whisk together.

Let the sauce reduce for about 2 minutes to create a nice pan sauce.
