Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

3 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup Frank's buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine 3 cups of diced rotisserie chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of Frank's buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup of ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles, and 4 oz of room temperature cream cheese.

Mix all the ingredients together using a spoon until well combined.

Lay out a few small fajita size flour tortillas.

Add a little bit of the filling to each tortilla, spreading it out.

Roll the tortillas up tightly to form taquitos, about an inch thick.

Place the taquitos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring there is space between each one.

Brush the taquitos with a couple tablespoons of butter or spray them with coconut oil spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, use tongs to roll the taquitos over to ensure even crispiness.

Spray the other side with coconut oil spray and return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
