Broccoli with Ginger and Cashews

¼ cup coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 large sized broccoli heads, cut into small florets
Salt
Freshly cracked pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
Hot sauce, to taste
½ tbsp honey
¼ cup cashews, crushed
½ tbsp lemon juice

In a large wok or deep frying pan over medium heat, heat coconut oil. Add garlic, ginger and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add broccoli and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender.

Add sesame oil, hot sauce, honey, cashews, lemon juice and toss to incorporate all ingredients. Enjoy!
