Prick the diots sausages to prevent them from bursting.
Melt a small amount of butter in a pot until it begins to foam.
Add the sausages to the pot and brown them on all sides.
Once the sausages are browned, remove them from the pot.
Add more butter and the onions to the pot, reducing the heat to low.
Sweat the onions until they are soft.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and mix to cook the flour slightly.
Deglaze the pot with 40 cl of white wine, mixing well.
Add water to the mixture to create a sauce consistency.
Season with black pepper to taste.
Return the sausages to the pot and cover it.
Transfer the pot to the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
