Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl: 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Set aside.

In a stand mixer or using a handheld mixer, combine 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 block of full-fat cream cheese. Mix for 1 to 1.5 minutes until smooth.
