1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped garlic and diced red onion; sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove skillet from heat and mix in chopped cherry tomatoes, black olives, and oregano.
