150 g whole grain spelt flour
50 g sunflower seeds
25 g sesame seeds
25 g flax seed
60 g rolled oats
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
500 ml water

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl: flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt, sugar, olive oil, and water.

Leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Stir briefly.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

Place in the oven.

Remove from the oven after 15 minutes and cut into 10 rectangles with a knife or pastry wheel.

Return the tray to the oven and bake for a further 50-60 minutes until crispy.
