Cut one tortilla in a round shape at a distance of 1 inch from the edge.

Chop the removed edge of the tortilla finely.

Wash 200 grams of minced meat with clean water.

Finely chop half of a medium-sized onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the finely chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell is gone.

Add the chopped tortilla edge to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the washed minced meat to the pan and stir with a spoon, frying for 4-5 minutes until the color changes.

Add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black chilli powder, and half a teaspoon of red chilli powder to the mince and mix well.

Cook the mixture on low flame for 5-7 minutes until the mince is cooked through.

Add a lot of finely chopped green coriander and some finely chopped mint leaves, mixing well into the mince.

Turn off the gas flame and transfer the mixture to a plate to cool down.

In a clean pan, place a 23 cm tortilla and sprinkle grated cheese evenly on it.

Spread the fried minced meat evenly on top of the cheese.

Add more grated cheese on the top surface of the minced meat.

Place the cut tortilla on top and press down gently with hands.

Add grated cheese on the edges of the top tortilla.

Fold the bottom tortilla over the top one.

Cover with a plate and transfer to a greased pan.

Brush oil or butter on the top surface of the tortilla.

Keep the gas flame on low and fry for 3 minutes.

Turn the tortilla using a plate to cook the other side.

Fry for another 3 minutes until both sides are cooked well.
