1 lb marrow
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 green chilies
2 medium tomatoes
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
4 cups water

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
