Cut the beef steaks into small pieces, as preferred, and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the beef with 1 tablespoon paprika, 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon chili flakes, and 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin. Mix well to marinate the beef.

Let the beef marinate for a while.

Heat a skillet and add a drizzle of avocado oil.

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Season with Himalayan salt.
