ginger - 1 inch
green chilli - 2
water - half cup
onion - 1
spinach - 1 cup
coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
salt as required
roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
oil - 2 tsp
mustard - 1 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
curry leaves

Mix moong dal, ginger, green chilli, and water to form a smooth batter.
