Take two shaker glasses and add some crushed ice.

In the first shaker glass, add 60 mL of lemon juice.

Add 10 mL of coconut syrup to the same glass.

Add 10 mL of fresh cream to the first glass.

In the second shaker glass, add 10 mL of grenadine.

Add 60 mL of cranberry juice to the second glass.

Add 10 mL of fresh cream to the second glass.

Add one ice cube to each of the two glasses.

Shake all the ingredients properly in each shaker glass.

Pour the contents of the first shaker into a collins glass.

Shake the second shaker again and pour the mixture on top of the first layer in the collins glass to create a layered mocktail.
