1 medium onions

1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons Sri Lankan curry powder

2 cups water
2 tablespoons ghee
1 cinnamon stick
2 cardamom
1 cup spinach
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 cup thin coconut milk
1 tablespoon jaggery
1 cup coconut
1 cup Malu fish flakes
1 lemon
1 lb beef brain
1 tablespoon ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato
1 tablespoon meat masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tablespoons oil

Cut bread fruit in half and remove the skin.

Remove the hard core of the bread fruit and cut it into large chunks.

Add bread fruit chunks to a clay pot with onions, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Sri Lankan curry powder, fenugreek seeds, salt, and enough water to cook the bread fruit.

Cook on medium heat until the bread fruit is really soft.

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of ghee.

Add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds to the hot ghee and let them flutter.

Add a small piece of cinnamon stick, cardamom, green chilies, and onions, sauté for a minute.

Add red chili powder and turmeric powder, frying for a minute.

Add the whole bag of umbrellas (June plums) and enough salt, mixing well.

Add thick and thin coconut milk to the pan and Sri Lankan curry powder, mixing well.

Simmer until the umbrellas are really soft.

Add half a bunch of chopped spinach to the bread fruit, along with half a cup of thick coconut milk, and mix well without overcooking the spinach.

Prepare the goola sambol by chopping cleaned goola, adding onions, green chilies, coconut, Malu fish flakes, and lemon juice, mixing well.

Add half a cup of jaggery to the bread fruit curry and simmer for another 10 minutes until juicy and soft.

Prepare tempering by heating oil and adding crushed garlic, red chili pieces, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds, frying briefly.

Serve the bread fruit curry with the tempering on top.
