1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons red chili powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Marinate 1 kg of beef with 1 cup of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of garam masala, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and salt to taste.

Let the beef marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for better flavor.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and sear it on all sides until browned.

Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low, allowing the beef to cook for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Check the beef for tenderness; it should be soft and easily shredded with a fork.

Once cooked, remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
