Drain the yuca and let it cool slightly.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the cooked yuca to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the yuca and toss again.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
