Fazulovica

1 cutted smoked pork bone
8 cups cold water
1 red onion
3 pcs gloves garlic
2 pcs bay leafs
1 pcs fresh pepper
Butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
6 psc ground black pepper
1/2 cup baby carrot
1 cup potatoes
2 tbsp tomatoe puree
1 can red beans
Fresh black pepper
Fresh salt
Handfull marjoram

Clean and cut pork bones. Add cold water.

Add red onion, garlic, bay leaf, ground black pepper, paprika, fresh pepper, cumin and butter.

Bring it to boil and remove the foam.

Cook for 2 hours.

Remove all ingredients. Cut the pork and put it back to the soup.

Add baby carrot and potatoes. Also add tomatoe puree. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Add red bean and cook 5 minutes.

You can use salt and black pepper, depends on your taste.

Finally add marjoram.

Serve hot.
