3 chicken leg with thigh
1 tsp pepper paste
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp allspice

Clean the chicken and remove excess fat, then separate the leg from the thigh and score the chicken thighs.

Add pepper paste, plain yogurt, paprika, red pepper flakes, cumin, allspice, curry, salt, and olive oil to the chicken pieces and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

Heat olive oil in a traditional tava pan, cast-iron skillet, or nonstick pan and fry the chicken pieces until cooked through, flipping as necessary.

Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges and mix them with the remaining marinade in the bowl.

In another pan, add olive oil and cook the potatoes on medium heat, covered. Optionally add green bell peppers cut to the same size as the potatoes.
