Spread the cooked sausage and vegetable mixture evenly over the bottom of the dough.
In a separate bowl, beat 12 eggs with 1/4 cup of whole milk and pour the mixture over the sausage and vegetables.
Top the casserole with 1.5 cups of sharp cheddar cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness of the eggs after 30 minutes.
