Remove the shell from the walnuts.

Melt the butter (can be done in a water bath or microwave).

Lightly beat 2 eggs to help incorporate them.

In a bowl, add flour, yeast, and sugar, and mix with a spoon.

Add the liquids: 150 ml of milk, 100 gr of butter, and the two eggs.

Once mixed, add a bit of salt, walnuts, and 120 gr of seedless raisins.

Continue mixing with the spoon until almost no flour remains in the bowl.

Knead the dough by hand for about 3-4 minutes, using oil on your hands to prevent sticking.

Add orange zest and finish kneading.

Form a ball, cover with a cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rest.

Oil the inside of the bowl to prevent sticking while it rises.

Place in a warm area; best to heat the oven to 50ºC and let it rest inside for 2-3 hours.
