In a bowl, add flour, eggs, and milk, and mix it well to prepare the crepes mixture.

In a pan, heat oil and add chicken mince. Cook until chicken changes color. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and cook until chicken is fully done. Now add ketchup and mix it well to prepare the chicken mixture.

In a preheated oven, pour the prepared crepes mixture and spread it evenly on the pan. Sprinkle green onion and nigella seeds on it.

Flip the side of the crepe. Add a layer of shredded carrot, cabbage, capsicum, chicken mixture, and wrap the crepe from the sides.

Place a cheddar cheese slice on it and fold the crepe wrap from one side vertically, making a square.
