1 tsp lemon juice
some coriander leaves
1 piece onion

Prepare the momos filling by mixing pork keema, chopped onions, green onion leaves, ginger and garlic, sichuan oil, cooking wine, water, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, sugar, and salt.

Prepare the dough by mixing flour and water until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest.

Roll out the dough and fill it with the prepared filling, then seal the dumplings.

Steam the momos until cooked through.

For the sauce, blend soyabean seeds, sesame seeds, sichuan seeds, red chillies, lemon juice, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic, onion, tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and water until smooth.

Serve the momos with the sauce on the side.
