2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 cup white wine
1 medium aubergine (eggplant)
1 medium courgette (zucchini)
1 medium red pepper
1 medium yellow pepper
1 medium red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 lemons
1/2 cup cheese
