Welcome to the cooking show, today we're making an omelette for a good brunch.
Prepare the ingredients: chop bell peppers and mushrooms.
In a mixing bowl, beat 3 eggs until well combined.
Add 25 milliliters of water, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
Sauté the chopped bell peppers in the butter until soft.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and continue to sauté until they are cooked through.
Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet.
Cook the omelette until the edges begin to set and the center is still slightly runny.
Carefully fold the omelette in half and let it cook for a minute to ensure the inside is cooked but still creamy.
Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish with sprouts or herbs if desired.
Serve immediately.
