Pasta fredda con pomodorini rucola e ricotta salata siciliana
Recipe Information
Cold Sicilian Pasta
Cook the fusilli according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked fusilli, halved pomodorini, and rucola.
Crumble the ricotta salata over the pasta mixture.
Toss everything together gently to combine.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
