- ●2 green chilies, finely chopped

- ●1/2 tsp garlic paste
- ●1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- ●1/2 tsp garam masala
- ●1/2 tsp red chili powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- ●1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- ●Oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes with the cooked vermicelli.
- 3Add the chopped onions, green peas, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves to the potato mixture.
- 4Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- 5Shape the mixture into small cutlets or patties.
- 6Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
- 7Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 8Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 9Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 10Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
