Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.

Roast pine nuts in a hot pan; remove and set aside.

Add bacon to the pan and cook until crispy; drain excess fat and set bacon aside.

In the same pan, add bacon fat and fry mushrooms until golden-brown; season with black pepper.

Add garlic and parsley to the mushrooms; stir well.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil and fry chopped red onion until glazy.

Add cooked pasta to the onion and stir well; transfer to a larger pan if necessary.

Incorporate mushrooms and pine nuts into the pasta; mix well.

Top with crispy bacon and additional parsley before serving.
