Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency, switch off the heat and let it cool.
Plate the baked nachos.
Cut fresh fruit (bananas and berries) for topping.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over the plated nachos.
Add a pinch of sea salt and some sprinkles on top.
