Brush one side of the flour tortilla with melted butter.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides of the tortilla.
Cut the tortilla into 12 pieces.
Place the pieces on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown, being careful not to burn them.
Prepare the chocolate sauce by combining 2-3 ounces of butter, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan and heat until melted.
Drizzle half of the chocolate sauce over the baked tortilla pieces.
Sprinkle some nuts over the first layer of nachos.
Add the remaining tortilla pieces on top of the first layer.
Drizzle the rest of the chocolate sauce over the second layer of nachos.
Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top of the nachos.
Let the nachos stand for about five minutes before serving.
