Fill a glass with premium ice.
Rim the glass with black salt.
Pour 1 1/2 ounces of Premium Blanco tequila into the glass.
Add 2 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice.
Add 3/4 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice.
Add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
Add 1/2 ounce of pamplemousse liqueur.
Add 1 ounce of Cocchi.
Shake the mixture well.
Pour 1 ounce of Fever Tree grapefruit soda into the drink, not on top.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a lime.
Serve with a straw.
