Add 30 ml (1 oz) of simple syrup.

Pour 90 ml (3 oz) of grapefruit juice into the glass.

Squeeze half a lemon to extract around 15 ml (0.5 oz) of lemon juice and add it to the mixture.

Dry shake all the ingredients to combine them without ice.

Pour the mixture straight into the glass.
