Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add diced ham and sauté until browned.

Add 3 cups of rice to the pot and stir to combine with the ham.

Pour in 4 cups of water and stir well.

Add a packet of Goya seasoning with cilantro and achiote and a packet of Goya ham flavor seasoning; mix thoroughly.

Add the red beans and 1 teaspoon of salt; stir to combine.

Cover the pot and reduce heat to low, cooking for approximately 20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
