Sprinkle magic dust and SPG on the chicken before grilling.
Preheat the grill and oil the grates.
Place the chicken skin side down on the grill for the first 5 minutes.
Close the grill to prevent flare-ups and smoke.
Grill the chicken for about 30 minutes, flipping and basting with sauce after reaching 145°F.
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, minced garlic, magic dust, apple cider vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Baste the chicken with the sauce during the last minutes of cooking.
