Brussels Sprouts - 18 to 20
Extra Mild Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Grated Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 2-3 large cloves
Dry Red Chillies - 2 to 3
Roasted and roughly crushed Peanuts - 2 Tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
Hot Chilli sauce - 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Honey - 1 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp + water to make a slurry

Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming and halving them if necessary.

In a bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with extra mild olive oil, sesame oil, salt, crushed black pepper, grated ginger, minced garlic, and dry red chillies. Mix well to coat the sprouts evenly.

Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 375°F for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

While the Brussels sprouts are cooking, prepare the Kung Pao sauce by mixing balsamic vinegar, hot chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, salt, chilli flakes, and corn flour with water to make a slurry.

Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the air fryer and toss them with the Kung Pao sauce and roasted peanuts before serving.
