1Kg Frozen Taro Roots
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Cup Spring Onion
1/2 Cup / 60 g CornFlour
Oil for Frying

Thaw the frozen taro roots and mash them in a bowl.

Add salt, sugar, ginger paste, and chopped spring onion to the mashed taro and mix well.

Gradually add cornflour to the mixture until it reaches a suitable consistency.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
