Colombian Beef Kabobs

Make the marinade by blending white onion, green onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, oil, beer, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, food coloring, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender until well combined.
Cut sirloin beef into chunks and place in a large resalable bag.
Add the marinade to the bag, seal it, and massage the bag to coat the beef evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers. Optionally, add peppers, mushrooms, or onions, but the creator does not include them in this video.
Grill the skewers on medium-high heat for about 8 to 12 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
