Preheat the oven to 250°F.

In a pan on medium heat, melt 1 stick of butter.

Once melted, remove from heat and add 1 packet of ranch seasoning and 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.

In a large bowl, add the saltine minis.

Pour the buttery mixture over the saltines and toss to coat them evenly.

Transfer the coated crackers to a sheet pan, spreading them out as best as possible.
