Today, Domplines are popular not only in homes but also in restaurants, often served with various fillings and sauces, adapting to modern tastes while retaining their cultural roots.

Add 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, and a little bit of water into a bowl and mix well.
Continue to add water little by little to avoid making the mixture too wet.
Add a little bit of vegetable oil and more water as needed to achieve the right consistency.
Use a fork to mix until a good consistency is reached, then use hands to knead the dough.
Add more all-purpose flour if the dough is too wet.
Knead the dough until the desired consistency is achieved and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Boil water in a pan to prepare for cooking the dumplings.
Take small portions of the dough and shape them into dumplings.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the dumplings boil until cooked through.
Prepare the meat sauce by seasoning small pieces of beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
In a separate pan, add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 3 cups of water, cilantro, onions, mustard, and 2 chicken bouillon cubes to the beef and mix well.
Add cheese to the meat sauce and let it cook until boiling.
Once the sauce is boiling, add the dumplings to the sauce and let them cook together.
