2 wholemeal pitta bread
8 oz halloumi cheese
2 cups lettuce
1 cucumber
1 red onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fresh mint

Prepare the ingredients: wholemeal pitta bread, halloumi, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, yogurt, and mint.

Chop the halloumi into 3 or 4 mm slices.

Brush both sides of the halloumi slices with olive oil.

Fry the halloumi in a pan with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden.

Turn the halloumi over and fry for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until golden.
