Peel, core, and dice 2 apples.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and the diced apples.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
Cook the apples over medium heat until they are soft and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup of whole milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of orange flower water.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little melted butter.
Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
