In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until dough forms. Knead the dough briefly until no more loose flour.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 mins.

Cut the log shaped dough into 10-12 pcs. or at any preferred size.

Place the buns lined with parchment paper / wax paper in a steamer basket then cover and let it rest for about 30 mins.

Place the steamer basket onto a pot with boiling water, then steam over medium heat for 10 to 12 mins.

Turn off the heat, do not open the lid right away. Let the lid on for at least 5 minutes before removing.
