1 tsp (4g) Garlic Powder

150g (5.2oz) Low-Fat Mayonnaise
150g (5.2oz) High Protein Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp (30g) Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp (20g) Yellow Mustard (American)
2 Dill Pickle Slices, Finely Diced
3 tsp (15g) Pickle Brine
300g (10.5oz) Brown Rice
600ml (600g) Cold Water
Pinch of Salt
300g (10.5oz) Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
200g (7.05oz) Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
2-3 Dill Pickle Slices, Finely Diced
1/2 White or Red Onion, Finely Diced

Cook the lean beef mince in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until browned and cooked through.

Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing the low-fat mayonnaise, high protein Greek yogurt, tomato ketchup, yellow mustard, diced dill pickles, pickle brine, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

In a separate pot, combine the brown rice, cold water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

Assemble the bowls by placing the cooked rice at the bottom, followed by the seasoned beef, Big Mac sauce, and topping with shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, additional diced dill pickles, and finely diced onion.
