Pick a piece of pork belly with the skin on that fits in your air fryer basket.

Use paper towels to pat the pork belly all over until it is really dry.

Cut the meat side of the pork belly into straight lines, then cut again at an angle to form a crisscross pattern.

Flip the pork belly so the skin is facing up and poke holes all over the skin with a skewer or sharp knife, being careful not to go too deep.

Flip the pork belly over again and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt on the meat side.

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of paprika seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of pork belly rub or your favorite spice mix, and a bit of black pepper on the meat.

Drizzle some olive oil on top and rub the seasoning into the cuts in the meat.

Take aluminum foil and use at least two layers, rubbing a bit of olive oil on the foil to prevent sticking.
