Mix room temperature water, yeast, and sugar together and let it activate.
Crush garlic using a garlic press and chop parsley if fresh is available.
Blend crushed garlic, butter, parsley, and Tabasco sauce in a mini processor until smooth.
Transfer the garlic butter mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
Once the yeast mixture is activated, pour it into a well in the flour mixture and stir.
Add olive oil to the mixture and then add salt last to avoid killing the yeast.
Mix until a consistent dough forms, then knead for 8 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
After rising, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into balls weighing 40-45 grams each.
Knead each ball slightly and form them into a ball shape, then place them in a tray and cover with a towel to rise for another hour.
After the second rise, flatten each dough ball and place a small amount of garlic butter and cheese inside, then pinch to seal.
Coat the formed dough balls with more garlic butter and sprinkle with black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, and chili flakes.
Place the dough balls in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, adding a tray of hot water for steam during baking.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
