1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp agar-agar
1/4 cup herbs (e.g., chives, parsley)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp mustard
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp olive oil

Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.

Blend cashews with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and water until smooth.

In a small saucepan, combine agar-agar with water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until agar-agar is fully dissolved.

Add the blended cashew mixture to the saucepan and mix well.
