Ponemos en una perola agua en ebullición, pinchamos los chorizos y los escaldamos en la misma durante unos diez minutos.

En un sartén antiadherente ponemos a pochar la cebolla a fuego medio, y cuando ésta esté doradita añadiremos la manzana cortada en tacos y seguiremos pochando unos 3 minutos más.
