6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 carrots, peeled and diced
1 large potato, peeled and diced
2 Italian Green peppers
5 cups stock or water (chicken or veggie stock)
1 Tbsp Spanish Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt and pepper, to taste
