1

Combine 1/2 cup of roasted pumpkin seeds and 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds in a bowl.

2

Add 1/4 cup each of white and black sesame seeds to the bowl.

3

Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to the mixture.

4

Add 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk powder to the seeds.

5

Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of dried oregano and 1 teaspoon of flaky salt.

6

Add black pepper to taste.

7

Mix all the dry ingredients together until well combined.

8

Pour in about 1/2 cup of cold water and mix until the mixture binds together.

9

Cover the mixture with a towel and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

10

After resting, check the mixture; if it feels loose, sprinkle in a bit more psyllium husk powder.

11

Prepare a baking tray with a layer of baking sheet.

12

Tip the mixture onto the tray and spread it out evenly using a spatula.

13

Press the mixture down to avoid cracks, ensuring it's thin and even.

14

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (about 300 degrees Fahrenheit).

15

Bake the crackers for 30-35 minutes.

16

After 15 minutes, check the crackers; if they are still soft, cut them into squares using a pizza cutter.

17

Return the cut crackers to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until fully crisped.

18

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
