Steam for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and firm.
In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat until shimmering.
Add mustard seeds and let them pop before adding chopped onion, ginger, and garlic.
Sauté until onions are golden, then add spices and mix well.
Serve the steamed pouches drizzled with the spiced ghee.
